Fond\u00e9e en 2020 par Sven Ripoche, Gr\u00e9goire Carlier et Claire Laurent, cette plateforme permet d\u2019acheter des fruits et l\u00e9gumes bio qui n\u2019auraient pas pu \u00eatre vendus dans un cadre traditionnel (mauvais calibre ou d\u00e9faut visuels par exemple) ainsi que des produits d\u2019\u00e9picerie. Les clients s\u2019inscrivent, confectionnent leur panier et sont livr\u00e9s chaque semaine chez eux ou dans un point relais.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Bene Bono has gone against the norm, where everything has to be beautiful and appetising, by focusing its offer on products rejected by traditional distributors, and has taken the gamble that the public will be there to consume products of such high quality on a more sustainable basis.<\/p>\n\n<p>The gamble looks set to succeed. With over 30,000 baskets delivered each week, the site raised \u20ac10 million at the beginning of the year to accelerate its development and pursue its objective of reducing food waste.  <\/p>\n\n<p>This is an ambitious goal, because the environmental impact of food is considerable.
