Regioneo is a solution specially developed to help fruit and vegetable growers limit their losses, and hence food waste. The solution has been developed around a simple question: how can we limit losses by acting directly on the side of producers, while helping them in their day-to-day work?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result is Regioneo, which enables fruit and vegetable growers to develop their business through short distribution channels in the same way as a \u00ablocal shopkeeper\u00bb. In concrete terms, thanks to Regioneo, market gardeners and farmers can develop their sales by offering their catalogue for sale online, as well as specific offers such as anti-haste baskets of fruit and vegetables. As well as limiting losses and waste, this boosts their farm's turnover.<\/p>\n\n\n

Regioneo, a solution from the SISTERS project<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Regioneo is an initiative of the European SISTERS project (Systemic Innovations for a Sustainable reduction of the European food waStage<\/em>). The aim of this vast project, funded by the European Union, is to combat food waste in a sustainable way. Bringing together 18 partners, including BM Services, to create a solution for producers, the ultimate aim is to propose technical, technological and logistical innovations that will enable action to be taken at every stage from producer to consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regioneo embodies one of these innovative initiatives to intervene at the beginning of the chain and enable producers to communicate and sell directly to consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an e-commerce site and an application dedicated to day-to-day management, farmers can develop new sales channels and optimise existing ones. Any farmer who decides to join Regioneo will benefit from a personalised website that reflects their image. This e-commerce site will be created by our teams to enable farmers to promote their products to potential consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regioneo has also developed an application to make it easier to put products online, and more generally to manage all the logistics involved in e-commerce. From this interface, producers can easily manage the various aspects of direct sales and the availability of their catalogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
