En Europa, cada a\u00f1o se pierden y tiran unos 89 millones de toneladas de alimentos, lo que representa 20% de la producci\u00f3n alimentaria. Este desperdicio se produce en todas las fases: en el productor, donde algunas frutas y verduras no se recogen (frutas y verduras feas, sobreproducci\u00f3n...), en el intermediario y durante la fase de transporte, y a veces incluso en el cliente final.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los costes estimados ascienden a 143.000 millones de euros, y afectan no s\u00f3lo a los productores, sino tambi\u00e9n a los consumidores y a nuestro medio ambiente, ya que se han utilizado recursos (agua, suelo, energ\u00eda) para producirlos. En funci\u00f3n del proyecto, recurrimos a la experiencia de las distintas divisiones para aportar los conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos necesarios. Esta organizaci\u00f3n transversal nos permite adaptarnos a cualquier tipo de desarrollo digital o problema de comunicaci\u00f3n.
