Na Europa, cerca de 89 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de alimentos s\u00e3o perdidos e deitados fora todos os anos, o que representa 20% da produ\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar. Este desperd\u00edcio ocorre em todas as fases: no produtor, onde alguns frutos e legumes n\u00e3o s\u00e3o colhidos (frutos e legumes feios, sobreprodu\u00e7\u00e3o...), no intermedi\u00e1rio e durante a fase de transporte e, por vezes, at\u00e9 no cliente final.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os custos estimados ascendem a 143 mil milh\u00f5es de euros, afectando n\u00e3o s\u00f3 os produtores, mas tamb\u00e9m os consumidores e o nosso ambiente, uma vez que foram utilizados recursos (\u00e1gua, solo, energia) para os produzir. Em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, recorremos \u00e0 experi\u00eancia das diferentes divis\u00f5es para fornecer o know-how necess\u00e1rio. Esta organiza\u00e7\u00e3o multifuncional permite-nos adaptarmo-nos a qualquer tipo de desenvolvimento digital ou problema de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.
