Terms of Use and Data Collection

This privacy policy aims to explain to users of the Regioneo solution («hereinafter Regioneo»), in accordance with current legislation, the efforts made to protect users' personal data and ensure its confidentiality, as well as the data for which we act as processors. This page aims to provide information about the data collected by Regioneo, the purposes justifying its processing, and users' rights.

1 – Data Collected and Objectives
The data collected is intended to allow users to register and log in securely to Regioneo and use its features. It may also be used by our teams to send informative emails about new features or actions to be taken to ensure the continuity of the functionalities offered by the application (such as important updates) or to improve the user experience. In this context, we collect and are directly responsible for processing the following data from our users: name, surname, address, email, phone number, products and services entered by the user, billing of goods managed through the application, statistical data of goods managed through the application.
Furthermore, within the framework of Regioneo's functionalities, and to ensure the proper execution of the contract between the user and their end-users, we may collect the following data on behalf of the latter as processors: name, surname, address, email, telephone number, details of orders placed, messages sent, data relating to the number of orders.

2 – Data Collection Methods
User data is collected either during initial registration on Regioneo via the dedicated form or during interactions with our teams. The collection of data related to the correct execution of our users' contracts with their end-users, where we act as a processor, takes place at the time of the contract execution between the user and their end-users, and is considered consented to by all parties within the framework of the terms and conditions provided to their end-users by the user. No other data will be collected by the application or our teams without the explicit consent of the individuals involved, and it will only be used for the legitimate purposes agreed upon with them.

3 – Retention Period and User Rights
To ensure the proper functioning of Regioneo and allow users to connect to their account, we retain user data for the entire duration of their use of the application. Our partners and subcontractors may only access user data to the extent necessary to ensure the execution of the objectives set out and defined in point 1. Users have the right at any time to verify, access, rectify, delete, transfer, and object to the use of their data by contacting us at pierre.tubiana@bm-services.com. We will do our best to satisfy your request.

4 - Cookies
We also collect cookies to ensure the security and continuity of our services. This includes: a user's connection date and time, the IP address of the device used to access the application (if the app is used).

5 – Obligations and Safety
The teams working for Regioneo undertake not to transfer data collected directly as data controllers or indirectly as processors to third parties without informing the user and to respect the purposes for which such data was collected. The application has an SSL certificate which ensures that the transfer of information and data through the application is secure.
Furthermore, the data controller undertakes to notify the user in case of rectification or deletion of data, unless this involves disproportionate formalities, costs or procedures. In the event that the integrity, confidentiality or security of user data is compromised, the data controller undertakes to inform the user by any means available.

6 – Data Hosting
The data collected is hosted by DigitalOcean LLC, with offices at 01 Avenue of the Americas, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10013. The servers used are located within the European Union, in Germany (Frankfurt).

7 – Data Sharing
Regioneo does not share the data collected except to ensure the correct functioning of the solution. Data, such as IP addresses and the type of devices used by our users, are collected and shared in an encrypted and anonymous manner with our error reporting software (Sentry).

8 – Policy on Data Relating to Minors
The Regioneo application is not intended for minors and does not collect personal data, except for that voluntarily provided by the end-users of our users. 9 – Acceptance and Modification of This Privacy Policy
By using Regioneo, the user certifies that they have read and understood this privacy policy and accept its terms. This privacy policy may evolve to ensure its compliance with current legislation, and the user is encouraged to consult it regularly.

10 – Right to Contact the Competent Supervisory Authority
In the event of a dispute regarding data processing, we encourage our users to contact our team to find a satisfactory solution. The user has the right to contact the CNIL (National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties, https://www.cnil.fr) or any competent judge.
