Terms and Conditions of Use and Data Collection

This privacy policy aims to explain to users of the Regioneo solution («hereinafter Regioneo»), in accordance with current legislation, the efforts made to protect users' personal data and ensure its confidentiality, as well as the data for which we act as data controllers. This page aims to provide information on the data collected by Regioneo, the purposes pursued that justify the processing of such data, and the rights that users have.

1 – Data collected and purposes pursued
The data collected is intended to allow users to register and access Regioneo securely and to use its functionalities. It may also be used by our teams to send informative emails about new features or actions to be taken to ensure the continuity of the functionalities offered by the application (such as important updates) or to improve the user experience. In this context, we collect and are directly responsible for the processing of the following user data: first name, last name, address, email, phone number, products and services entered by the user, turnover of goods managed through the application, statistical data on goods managed through the application.
Furthermore, within the scope of Regiono's functionality and in order to ensure the correct execution of the contract between the user and their end-users, we may collect the following data on their behalf as data controllers: name, surname, address, email, telephone number, details of orders placed, messages sent, data relating to the number of orders.

2 – Data Collection Methods
User data is collected both at the time of initial registration to Regioneo via the dedicated form, and during their interactions with our teams. The collection of data relating to the correct execution of contracts between our users and their end-users, for whom we act as data processors, takes place at the time of the contract's conclusion between the user and their end-users, and is considered approved by all parties within the framework of the general terms and conditions of sale provided to their end-users by the user. No other data is collected by the application or our teams without the explicit consent of the individuals concerned and will only be used for the legitimate purposes agreed upon with them.

3 – Retention Period and User Rights
To ensure the proper functioning of Regioneo and allow users to access their account, we retain user data for the entire duration of the application's use. Our employees and subcontractors can access user data only to the extent necessary to ensure the achievement of the objectives indicated and defined in point 1. Users have the right at any time to verify, access, rectify, delete, transfer, and object to the use of their data by contacting us at pierre.tubiana@bm-services.com. We will do our utmost to fulfil their request.

4 – Biscuit
We also collect cookies to ensure the security and continuity of our services. The data collected concerns: the date and time of a user's connection, and the IP address of the device used to access the application (if using the app).

5 – Obligations and Safety
The teams working for Regioneo are committed to not transmitting the data collected either directly as data controllers or indirectly as sub-processors to third parties without the user being informed and to respecting the purposes for which such data has been collected. The application is equipped with an SSL certificate to ensure that the transfer of information and data passing through the application is secure.
Furthermore, the data controller undertakes to notify the user of any rectifications or cancellations of data, unless this involves formalities, excessive costs or disproportionate procedures. In the event that the integrity, confidentiality or security of user data is compromised, the data controller undertakes to inform the user by any means.

6 – Data Hosting
The collected data is hosted by DigitalOcean LLC, based at 01 Avenue of the Americas, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10013. The servers used are located within the European Union, in Germany (Frankfurt).

7 – Data Sharing
Regioneo does not share the data collected, except to ensure the correct functioning of the solution. Data, such as IP addresses and the type of devices used by our users, are collected and shared in an encrypted and anonymous manner with our error reporting software (Sentry).

8 – Policy on Data Relating to Minors
Regioneo is not intended for minors and does not collect personal data, except for that voluntarily provided by the end-users of our users. 9 – Acceptance and Modification of this Privacy Policy
By using Regioneo, the user certifies that they have read and understood this privacy policy and agree to its terms. This privacy policy may evolve to ensure compliance with current legislation, and users are invited to consult it regularly.

10 – Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
In the event of a dispute regarding data processing, we encourage our users to contact our team to find a satisfactory solution. The user has the right to contact the CNIL (National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties, https://www.cnil.fr) or any competent court.
