Certification
At the end of the audit, the certifying body awards the label to the restaurant, together with a number of stars reflecting the level of commitment observed.

Monitoring and renewal
The label is awarded for a limited period of three years and is subject to annual monitoring, carried out remotely or on site by the certification body. Every three years, a full renewal audit is carried out to ensure continuous improvement.
